Bidrage med feedbackBourbonnais, IL store has become a nightmare. Service and especially the quality of the food has deteriorated significantly with the new ownership. Called Rosati Corporate ofc and was told the store is on a lease name ? basis and therefore not involved. You would think they would care about protecting their name.Would never go back.
I ordered a pizza with lt cheese on top not dark brown. I received it raw. I called the manager at the Bloomingdale store. Manager was unwilling to help. This was a $30 pizza. I had to cook at home and didn't come out right. Very upset and will be contacting corporate office for a refund. I will not order from here anymore. Very upset customer.
I love the meatball sandwich it's awesome and no overpriced.
My wife and I are seniors from the Chicago area. We love Rosati 's! And we always look forward to it...until now. We have been coming back and forth to AZ as we have a home built here and are often in a hotel. When we first checked into the hotel, the hotel staff recommended Rosati 's at Greenfield Brown in Mesa, AZ. We were excited to be so close to an old favorite from Chicago! But we have had so many problems. Problems, literally, with every order.Three times they have taken orders and not delivered at all. The last of these, happened today. I called the restaurant to ask for a manager and the woman identifying herself as manager (she would not give her name) refused to give any corporate info so we could contact them about how poorly this location is representing the brand standard. She blamed the issues on the call center. I asked again for her name and how to get ahold of corporate and she hung up. I called back and the location wouldn 't answer for ten minutes. Finally, she answered again and said don 't call there anymore!Of course, we won 't! Rosati 's has lost lifelong customers over the terrible service and attitudes of the management at this location.If you 're reading this review before ordering, do yourself a favor...call a different restaurant if you don 't want the headaches and poor service.
