Jimmy John's - Walled Lake

Very friendly staff. Management always makes a effort to correct any mistakes. I think the people in Walled lake expect to much from a fast food joint. Its jimmy John's not a fancy diner.. dont pay attention to the reviews of idiots online. Good food andfast!

My wife and I have tried ordering from this Jimmy John?s 3 times in the past month (always hours before they are posted to close online. Each time we receive a call, or email (which is easy to miss , canceling our order because there is no deliverydriver?. So why is delivery an option on the order page? I offer to pick it up, and each time they are closing too soon?. Today, they are closing for pickup at 3:45PM?! Customer service must be a thing of the past here. Time to find a Subwaynearby?.

I ordered delivery from Jimmy John?s and requested that the order be left at my door. The delivery driver chooses to pound on my door. I?m on a Zoom meeting with a client, so I don?t respond. After all, the directions say to leave it at the door. I thenthen here him yell ?Jimmy. John?s. Delivery!? in this really obnoxious robot voice and then POUNDS on my door like he?s a cop orsomething. I?m in the middle of a meeting and I had to yell at him through the door to just leave it so he would stop and goaway. It was just really rude and annoying. I even checked the receipt and it clearly says to leave at the door. This particularworker is the reason why I won?t go through the drive-thru anymore. I know it?s the same guy because he ALWAYS talks in thisobnoxious robot voice and interrupts whenever I?m trying to order. Please have a talk with your employees about proper deliveryetiquette

WORST EVER. I ordered my party box 1 hour in advance. Waited and additional 1 hour and 7 minutes in the drive thru because there was only 1 guy making subs and the other one was sitting on his phone eating chips???? He can’t help wrap or make a sub?another guy showed up 40 minutes later gives me attitude refuses to help the guy finish my subs. If it takes 2 hours to make 10 subs they shouldn’t even be in business.Happened on Sunday 6/25
