Bidrage med feedbackWe spent 2 nights at this charming small agriturismo and enyojed it immensly. The room was beautifly decorated in rustic style with large spotlles bathroom. Great view of the surrounding vineyards from our window. We were soo delighted with the service from the people working there, from the gentelman who check us and helped with dinner and wine choices to great lady who served us at breakfast and made us great cofee and fresh juice and patiently helped planned our days in Veneto. We loved the food so much that we dinned inn every evening. Sleeping in agriturismo is great you want hear a sound near by. This is ideal for a romantic break and base for exploring charming Conegliano and Asolo. We hope to return soon.
Had the pleasure of staying at this great little B&B recently. In the midst of grape vineyards, wide open countryside and so close to Vittorio Veneto, you just can't go wrong. Well appointed, fully updated, extremely clean with a very picturesque courtyard. Great breakfast and the hosts are there for anything you may need. Give it a try, price is very reasonable, you won't be disappointed.
Agriturismo Althe'a is a stunning restaurant on several levels. Not only is it very attractive, it raises almost every ingredient on the menu right on the farm property from herbs and eggplant to beef and chicken, it's all the epitome of farm to table fare. There is a large wood fueled fireplace in the dining room near the kitchen where meat is grilled so the guests have a strong link with the food long before it is served. Salami is made freshly on the premises, as are fresh pastas (the gnocchi are superb). The restaurant operates as a B&B so it has a few rooms and that means you can give a little extra indulgence to the excellent wine list, including wines produced on the farm as well (they are very good as Althe'a is owned in part by the excellent Drusian prosecco winery).
We had a great meal in this place which is in a wonderful setting. The manager and head waiter was wonderful, translating all the local dellicacies into whichever language was needed. The restaurant is nicely decorated, very homely, the prosecco is great and I think I would like to stay there once. We ate guinnea fowl and polenta, and their salamis. The desserts were delicious too.
