Ela's Petisqueira - Vila Nova de Gaia

Great atmosphere, friendly staff and good music. Their seafood snacks were delicious and the cocktails were strong.

Nice location, could have better organization outside. Food was nice. Service was not that good, not synchronized, requests/orders forgotten.

I love Ela's, I go often. This spring it helped me forget how difficult times have been! I love the mussels and jumbo shrimp tapas particularly! The fish soup is pretty good! Lots of choices of drinks, cocktails, wine, and non alcoholic ... Service friendly and good. At the end of a sweet short walk on the beach promenade in lovely Aguda, right next to the sand and sea. Wonderful place overall!

Wether to have lunch, dinner or just a snack this is a great place. The vibe is very cool, decor is all about the sea and the fisherman village where its located. The inside is very small so you should book and there are seats on the outside as well and is just by the sea. The fish soup is one of my favourites as the garlic prawns, mussels and clamps. The waiters are very friendly. A great place definitely.
