Bidrage med feedbackWe had high expectations, but were disappointed by blind. It was our wedding day, so we went to celebrate and paid about 400 euros for 2 people (it was a special occasion, so we had the emotions menu and had wine. The experience was not the same with this price. The food was of course good, but the service was not good enough. We appreciate the welcome glass of Bubbly, as well as the free glass of Porto with Dessert. The staff did a pretty good job to explain every dish they brought, and overall everyone was pleasant for most night. However, there were several things that we did not appreciate for this kind of fantasy restaurant. For example: 1- the worst part was at the end (so that starting as this is a long review that most people 't in full read, lol! We finished near midnight (our reservation was at 9 a.m. and it is a 12 course menu. I suppose the staff waited to go for us, because at midnight they turned the lights (the mood/ambiance, as it is a dark room, and turned the music off. They started to clean us up, tables for tomorrow, etc. That was an obvious message for us to get out. That was when they just brought Dessert. We felt hurried and quickly finished our meal and our glasses. 2 we ordered 2 bottles of wine, we wanted to indicate that white and red to be able to have the dishes like they came (Note that these 2 bottles were much cheaper than when we had taken the wine pairing. It took a long time for the bottles to come, and on our 2nd dish we had to ask for a 2nd time the wine comes. They brought the white, but didn't open it until we asked for a third time. The red came only later, but again we had to ask to open the red bottle; we were in our 3rd or 4th court. We would have expected both bottles to come and be opened immediately when they arrived (or at least that they would offer it. The staff was not busy, so that was not the reason for the delay. This night there were only 3 tables, and we often saw some of the staff standing, not busy. 3 The wine glass that my wife received first had fabric fibers (I assume to clean it with a towel). Not the end of the world, I know, but for this kind of restaurant, you're expecting decent glasses. We asked for a clean one after the note, and they brought it, but did not take the dirty away, nor did they ask if something was wrong. The dirty glass stayed on the table all night. Another example of lack of attention: chic restaurants always clean your table of bread crumbs, but we never did. At the end, we had a rather creepy table, with bread crumbs everywhere (especially as one of the moments in the tasting menu is bread. Again, not a big deal, but something you would expect for this kind of restaurant. These are just some examples that explain our disappointment. I am still rated it as 7/10 because the food was good (especially the foie gras ducks that were absolutely amazing, but for this kind of restaurant and price, the service must be much better. At Antiqvm we have several times dined, for a similar price (a bit more expensive but similar price range, and the service is so much better. Every time we go there, we feel welcome and appreciated. Unfortunately, we didn't feel that at Blind. I hope this feedback is useful for readers and especially the restaurant. If it helps, we came on March 17.

Happy that I discovered this hidden gemstone. amazing place, very good food wine and friendly (English speaking) waiter. I'm curious to try the blind menu, but first we have to go back to normal times.
