The cuisine is extraordinary. It costs a little more than the average fixed menu restaurant but offers a delicious, varied and refined menu every day. The raw materials are incredible: every time I eat here, even large dishes, I never feel bloated at the end of the meal. The service is a little... staid but if you go there you will understand why. Rushing doesn 't bring good food to the table. However, if you want to spend... What am I saying, INVEST 3/4 € more but eat delicious food, stop. Of its kind, one of the best places in the city.
