Pizzeria Vesuvio - UDINE

When we arrived, the place was almost empty but the head waitress seated us across from the WC anyway, which meant we had the pleasure of smelling the toilet fragrance stones. The service wasn’t just bad, it was outright aggressive, which is saying something given that we’re used to going out in Berlin. Was with an Italian speaker but that didn’t help. Pizza was ok, but nothing to write home about. Claims to the contrary here are clearly from people who haven’t eaten much pizza in Italy.

The best pizza I have EVER had. Make the effort to find it and go there. Good service too. Maybe book ahead

This place was recommended to us by our hotel and seemed to be authentically italian. The staff were friendly, the pasta excellent, the pizzas looked amazing (although we didn't have any and the risotto was great too :

Ottimo ristorante pizzeria con vista sulla piazza primo maggio, inudine. è un luogo di medie dimensioni, ben arredato, dove la gentilezza è a casa. il personale è cortese e attento, i tempi di attesa giusti e la squisita pizza. ampia scelta anche di antipasti, prima e seconda carne e pesce. dolci sono deliziosi, fatti in casa e prezzi eccellenti, perfettamente in linea con gli altri ristoranti della zona. l'atmosfera è informale, non c'è bisogno di prenotare se non per il fine settimana o per grandi tavole.

Le pizze sono eccellenti ben fatto il locale è molto accogliente con belle foto alle pareti personale cordiale e disponibile
