Granny's Pizza - Turner Valley

I called Granny's Pizza to order delivery but was informed that it would take over an hour due to their busyness. I opted to pick up instead. The owner was curt and rude while taking my order over the phone. When I arrived slightly after the 35-minute timeframe I was given, I had to wait an additional twenty minutes for my meal. Throughout my wait, the owner was seen throwing pans, swearing, and expressing frustration towards customers on the phone. Despite understanding the pressure he was under as the only staff member, his behavior was unacceptable. I would have appreciated an apology for the delay or basic customer service. While Granny's Pizza is decent, I will choose to dine at Okotoks in the future instead of opting for the convenience of ordering from them.

A group of us decided to order a couple of pizza's on a Friday night at 10:30 only to call and get no answer. looked up the hours and sure enought they are open till 11:00 on Fridays. Drove down and there was the owner standing at the till with the door locked at 10:33pm on a Friday. Too rude to acknoledge us, and didn't even honor the hours he set for himself. Read the reviews, and save yourself from a mediocre pizza, and an incompetent business owner.

We go to Granny's frequently and get their pizza, onion rings and dry ribs. The pizza is tasty with good crust, the onion rings are good and salty and the ribs are pretty good. Although not gourmet, we are pretty picky and we like this place. The owner used to be less friendly but I think he is trying to be better with his customer service lol. I make it a game to get him to smile and have gotten some pretty good smiles in the last year.

The owner is incredibly rude. The salad dressing is watered down. The pizza is bland with minimal toppings. And the appetizers are definatley some sort of frozen heat and eat food. And I use the word food loosely. I have given this place 3 chances. I recommend u don't.

Had dinner here. owner served us. extremely rude. food was disgusting. dry chicken. no toppings on pizza .. barely edible. the wings deep fried and small amount of sause applied to it. ordered special. totally disgusting. wouldnt recommend unless no other options. better to eat at esso.
