La Gran Tortuga - Tulum

Servers were funny and attentive. Go early! We had a star experience the first night reservation) and a star experience the second time reservation). They definitely ran out of food the second night, which was disappointing.

Our experience at the La Gran Tortuga was perfect: the food ist amazing and the service great. Big thank-you to Israel and Franklin who took such great care of us! They were so considered, funny and attentive.

Very friendly the staff. Very polite and kind. I was impressed by the hard work the waiters are doing. Everytime you thank them they reply that it’s a pleasure for them to serve you.

Included in our travel package was a choice among 2a là carte restaurants. We chose to head to the Gran tortuga rodizio at the bahia principe tulum. Friendly people, excellent service. They pass with barbecue skewered meat (chuck, beef,pork,sausages,pineapples) and a tray of sizzling veggies.Alcohol is ofcourse on the rocks.Speaking some Spanish will surely work to your advantage. The staff was a 5star.

As residents of Tao Inspired Living Community we are able to purchase food at all of the resorts. We chose to eat at the buffet at La Gran Tortuga Restaurant on the Gran Bahia Tulum Resort. The service was impeccable, food very fresh and tasty. We spent a couple of hours playing games and reading here – we would highly recommend it!
