Incredible tuna tartar and sushi, tasted pretty fresh and overall balanced. Highly priced but worth it. Really authentic setting set in an inner jungle garden. Best sushi in Aldea Zama. Quality of the fish was outstanding and the rolls were perfectly made. We loved the chef choice nigiri (tuna with foisgras was our fav), soft shelll maki, and the garlic edamame. We’ll be back often.
