Jimmy John's - Town and Country

Went for lunch and got the big porker sandwich, chips and a soda. Sat down to eat and looked at the contents of the sandwich. Very dissapointed. I had 4 very thin slices of salami and maybe 2 pieces of bacon smothered with mayo and tons of lettuce. Now if I ordered a lettuce sandwich I would have been estatic, but utter dissapointment is what I got for my $14.00 lunch combo. Dining room and restroom were clean and staff was friendly, but I was hungry for food and didnt get what I paid for. Subway across the street may have been a better choice. Will not go back.

I live less than a mile from this location and I go out of my way to visit literally any other JJ location. Unless all you need is a fountain soda or a bag of chips, save yourself the money and just go to the McDonald’s immediately across the street. You MIGHT get what you ordered here, but it’s a guarantee that it will be thrown together with absolutely no regard for the person eating it and you will be greeted with dead-eyed, terminal lead paint victims behind the counter. I’ve worked fast food, I get it, but they should really just close. Kind of sad.

I just got hung up on TWICE around 7 pm by a man that’s more concerned with counting my money than doing his job! I called back to speak with a manager and the female said the mgr not available . I told her I already reported to google and the owner would see it so she may as well put the manager on the phone. She gave the phone to that same guy The guy says his name is QUARAN I told him I want a foot long sandwich, chips and a cookie. We have soda machines here. He started telling me he’s gonna give me a Certain sandwich so it won’t charge me that much and I asked about combos and such and he dropped me back to an 8” and I keep telling him I WORK NIGHT SHIFT AT A NURSING HOME, 12 hour shift and I have low blood sugar STOP COUNTING MY MONEY !!! His answer for everything has to do with “ SAVING ME MONEY” I need FOOD TO LAST ME ALL SHIFT! Every other word he said was about money!!! MY MONEY! I really don’t appreciate that. I wanted a big sandwich , chips, a cookie ? how hard is that??? NOW THAT HES NASTY AND RUDE ILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE, I don’t want NOTHING THIS STORE IS OFFERING

I did a catering order for my boss since we had some prospective employee candidates in town and we provided them lunch. The order was complete right on time, everyone was nice and friendly, but most importantly, what stood out to me was the service. The young guy who brought all the food out to me actually carried it to my car while I carried the light box filled with plates, napkins, etc. I set the box down on my trunk to unlock my car and he put the food in AND he grabbed the box and put it in there too. Very impressive and of course, the food was great per usual.

Very unprofessional greeting. Went by at 8:45pm after leaving the hospital and was told they were closed, even thought they are meant to be open until 9pm. Staff sounded intoxicated.
