Made a reservation and was seated within 10 mins of arrival. This was my first experience at Cooper’s Hawk and I was thoroughly impressed. I started off with the Drunken Shrimp appetizer. The shrimp was cooked to perfection and the guacamole was fresh with lime tint. For the entree I had both the Three Medallion meal and the Shrimp Scallop Risotto. Filled with flavor, these dishes were excellently prepared. I ordered the Cooper’s Hawk Chocolate Cake for dessert, and thanked the waitress for her service. I wish I remembered her name because she did an awesome job! Thanks Cooper’s Hawk for a wonderful night out!
