Yummt but a little pricey. Got a blueberry cheesecake. Everyone complimented how pretty cake looked.

I always purchase these milk breads, but this time I discovered a long strand of plastic in the bread. I couldn't eat it because the plastic appeared to be partially melted.

The owner/manager at this restaurant is extremely pushy and rude. I have been purchasing bread here for years, but since she took over, I always feel rushed and anxious when I come in. She hovers around me the entire time. The prices here are very high for bread that is only mediocre, but I continue to come here because of the convenience of being able to grab bread on my way out of HMart. However, after a particularly frustrating experience with her at the cash register today (she couldn't wait for me to give her exact change and was in a hurry to get back to the coffee machine), I have decided to start buying my bread at Tokyo Central instead. They have a much larger selection of fresh, soft bread at a lower price, even though it is less convenient for me.

However, after looking past the owner's behavior, I found Chris, one of the bakers, to be very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to decorate a cake with a decor I provided, showing a willingness to accommodate customer requests. A message to the elderly owner - please treat your employees with kindness, as without them, customers may not return. And please stop following customers around, as this is unnecessary in a bakery setting. Trust your customers, especially in an affluent neighborhood like this one. People are not looking to steal from your store, and following them around is unnecessary. Take a step back and show trust in your customers. Let them browse in peace without feeling pressured to make a quick decision.

All four kids LOVE coming to this bakery inside H Mart! The cream puffs, pizza croissants, coffee and beautiful cakes are amazing!!
