Bought coffees for my entire team and they were perfect. Driver and quality of the items were excellent.
I hate to write a bad report, but this problem still happens often. I still ordered the same drink here, and yet the personal makes the drink as they like it. this unacceptable if I adapt to my drinks extra, but they continue to do it as they want. it is very clear whether the load was busy, but this is not the case here. a certain man who often works is still careless and does not make it to read the mobile order correctly. I changed from dieucks to peets and absolutely love the quality of the coffee, but I don't want to continue spending my money here if the personal cannot follow on a cash written instructions. Thank you!
Just to be clear, that while it's not always perfect, they are great most of the time; they were even open to allow me to talk to them about any issues I had with them, and that they were ready and willing to improve; I've seen this for myself; the last time out, my latte was perfect!
Went to the store to purchase fresh coffee beans. Most of the stock was from two or three weeks ago. They do get a fresh shipment every Wednesday, but the barista would not make the effort to locate the new produce. They preferred to refund me my money instead of opening up a fresh bag since it would ruin the experience for other customers. Said I should coordinate with the manager so I can get fresh coffee. Alfred Peet's would be very disappointed with this response, the refund and a customer having to leave without the fresh coffee they are suppose to be selling. Barista needs to be trained to help customers find the freshes coffee and have the best experience. Manager needs to learn how to order and reduce the coffee stock. The over ordering has coffee that is three weeks old on the floor.
