Tom's Tacos - Torrance

Hubby and I came to try some tacos because the prices of the Titos are ridiculous. We really enjoyed her. The chips had salt and were warm. I thought the tacos had more meat in them than Titos. Salsa was almost exact. I'm so glad we tried them. We found a new place to repair our crispy tacos and salsa.

FAR by authentic: I ordered the super nacho plate that does not come with guacamole or acid cream that you need to ask for. You don?t a choice in the meat and there?s more beans than protein, the food was lukewarm and if asked why they say it?s because it is the same meat used for Burritos and Tacos is runny and the taste Laps together create a liquid of bad flavors. Don?t let me start on the price and customer service, cool points for the lady who is nice about the spices, but I had to come there twice because of the food the first time and because of an honest mistake the second time, but even after I went back to my car, she forgot the sour cream I asked. The price for unwanted nacho soup was $12.47! Honestly your better off at Taco Bell as this place

I was an enthusiastic fan of Titios Tacos. Amazing there 1965! They haven't been there for several years because Covid and the ridiculous prices of the owner family. Always heard from Toms and how it was the same menu and taste. At last it went to check. At first I was the only person there! No Tito's lines. The menu is not the same. Tacos are similar, but nothing special. Rice was terrible! Not edible. How can you make bad rice? the salsa was in a large container until you realize that it is 1/2 deep! Not very tasty, but helped with the rock-hard tacos dishes. Hard to justify $13. A star for food. Second star because I should know better. The only thing similar is the sign on the building....Once was enough.

I would give it five stars if they accept credit cards, but they only accept cash that is really annoying. I would go a bit further to Tito's Tacos because they accept credit cards and I don't have to go to an ATM and waste my time

They're tacos are pretty good. but it sucks that you can't eat in there I have to bring them home, they have this little tiny window for you to order.
