In-n-out Burger - Torrance

I didn't like the skill for the drive thru . I never had problems here, but yesterday wasn't her day and the line was short

Simply the best. The orders came exactly how we ordered it even though we were six different uniquely ordered meals. The employees patience is unmatched.

Food/Taste/Flavor: 5/5 Cheeseburger with grilled onions. The buns were a bit oily compared to normal but everything else was spot on. The nicely grilled onions, well seasoned patty, melted cheese, fresh tomato and lettuce, with some mayonnaise/ketchup sauce. Always so yummy!Ambience: 5/5 clean and actually fairly quiet compared to normalService: 5/5 always great and everyone is super nice and helpfulValue for price: 5/5 while prices have gone up during the pandemic, still very reasonable for a delicious burger

This is the first time where the fries didn’t taste good! I think the oil needs changed?! The burger was good.

Asked for well done fries, as usual when I come here. this is what I had to settle with. I usually come a lot to this location because my job is nearby but this is the second time this happened to me. Aside from waiting in the drive through for so long. Won't be coming here for a while.
