WARNING: Avoid at all costs. Worst service I’ve ever seen. The wait time is unbelievable as locals just walk in and sit. And they didn’t have reservations. I listened to the conversations. After being told it’s a 30 min wait, an hour later, after watching locals brought in by their friends for a table, we get seated. Rays when it got even worse. After the hour wait, they sat another party next to us, and we watched them take their order! After ALL that, we got so sick of waiting and left without even ordering. I’ve never been so offended and treated so second class. Worst restaurant customer service, ever, and I’ve eaten in Silverlake!

Seriously, your music is too hard core for 9am in the morning. Perhaps you are catering to the taste of some of your staff but are alienating a number of your customers? Didn’t have a good experience here, the food and coffee *looks* amazing but tastes so lackluster. The service was pushing us out the door as soon as we started eating. I asked the server a question about the strawberry matcha and she looked at me like I was the dumbest person alive. Seems like a place to churn out instagram pictures and push people in and out as quickly as possible Service: Dine in
