27. august 2022, about 4:30 o'clock. switched off. ordered the 8-piece original chicken family dinner with 4 cookies and two large sides to go out. When we came home, there were no legs. we had 2 legs, 3 wings and 3 boobs. while this is technically 8 pieces, it was not the implicit 2 wings, 2 boobs 2 legs and two legs that would be expected. this may not be a problem for most people, but my man may not be especially chicken, but will eat chicken legs. And his unreasonable to take him out of the meal means that I will not feed him into another KFC dinner soon. my recommendation is that employees do not subdivide food products without consulting the customer. I could have offered two crispy upper legs or two other pieces of original chicken. I would have chosen two legs. long story short, it is easier to accept the substitution if the customer is involved in the decision

The customer service must really be prepared for it. not the friendly service I expected. most likely will not go back. it was said that my huh was fresh and it wasn't.

They always have good food every time I went there. the personal was great, friendly, fast and polite. the building itself was a normal KFC restaurant.

Normally this KFC is awesome, but this visit my Popcorn Chicken was tough and tasted like it had been sitting for too long. I'll definitely give them another shot because the food is usually delicious.
