Always a good time, always great unique food and drinks; live music on the patio tops it all off.

Ate there with a couple friends after First Friday Art Walk, their Monte Cristo burger was amazing. Next time I may get braze and try the grilled peanut butter and jelly. Great atmosphere and fast service. Highly recommend.

The Wheel Barrel is a great place to just hang out. But, tonight, I had a sandwich that will make me come back even more often. The 'Not Your Mama 's ' BLT was a tasty combination of bacon, greens showered in a light vinaigrette, tomato, and herbed goat cheese. Normally, they would serve it with a sriracha aioli. I chose the basil pesto aioli and was not disappointed. The sandwich along with kettle cooked chips and a bottle of pineapple cider made for a good night out with my friend.

I love this place the staff, the atmosphere and, oh my, the food. Who'd imagine that a BLT could be improved upon but they do. And now they've begun a monthly poetry open mic night! Say what? Yep poetry and cheese nirvana to me :

Best 'unTopekan ' place in Topeka! They always take good care of us. Service is great. Food is great. Bar/drinks are awesome! Atmosphere is great. They are crazy busy on event days in NOTO (like First Friday 's) so please be aware it may not be the best time to try them out for the first time if you don 't know the drill. But for an out of 'topeka ' experience without having to drive to Lawrence or KC, it is so worth it!
