Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

Really good food and their customer service was excellent. I ordered chili cheese fries and forgot to ask for it in a separate basket from my burger, like I normally do, they were very accommodating about making another burger for me. I felt super bad, but they were really nice about it. Definitely recommend them for a great diner style burger experience.

Have given this location several ?2nd chances? and always drive away disappointed in myself for making poor life choices. Bad customer service, cold food and melted concretes are their specialty. Drive on. Go to Chick-fil-A. They will satisfy your hamburger cravings with amazing customer service.

I have yet to go to the drive thru and get the correct order. Not during busy hours ... I was the only 1 in the drive thru and 2 cars in the the parking lot. What are the easiest job so dam hard for people to do CORRECTLY!!! Guess I will have to drive all the way over to Wanamaker from now on. Not going back to this ridiculous place again.

Their food is good. However EVERY single time I order from them for delivery, I am missing items that I have paid for. Their food is not cheap and I am steadily disappointed in the quality of service. The manager just offers to send coupons in the mail to make it right . 1/10 would not recommend delivery through this location.
