Tim Hortons - Thunder Bay

The creamy chill machine is always down, dunno if its really down or they just dont feel like making it. it was down a week ago and is still down.

The worker named Vivek is a complete wreck of an individual, my friend has been treated very rudely by this guy. He does not deserve to work anywhere near the service sector.

Staff is always nice to you, never disappointed from taste of the food. Highly recommended

This franchise seems to consistently fumble basic orders, the employees are lazy and untrained. Basic humanity is lost in a service based industry

This specific location never has enough food, they run out of everything during the morning. The Tim’s at the college is bad.-No variety in bakings.-No coffee after 1pm.-No cookies or croissants after 11am.
