Giorg Cucina e Barra is our favorite fine dining restaurant in Thunder Bay, my husband and I have tried all the other fine dining establishments in the city. From the friendly welcome at the entrance to the cozy and softly lit atmosphere of the restaurant, to the skilled and friendly waitstaff, you will be pleased that you chose to dine here even before you taste their incredible food! The menu offers a fantastic variety of dishes and we have never been disappointed with our choices. Our family absolutely loves the Fettucine alla Giorg, it is so creamy and delicious with perfectly cooked pasta that it's hard to order anything else! The service is outstanding, reminiscent of the fine dining service from the past. The waitstaff, elegantly dressed in black and white, anticipate your needs and keep your wine and water glasses full, promptly removing empty dishes from the table and ensuring the white tablecloths are spotless throughout the meal. The prices on the menu are very reasonable for a fine dining restaurant and the quality and portion size of the food match the prices. Giorg is truly a gem of a restaurant that we visit time and time again. But don't just take my word for it, go and experience it for yourself!

The service from our favorite waiter was fantastic, as usual. Our meals were all delicious, and the rest of the staff were also very accommodating and helpful. We will definitely be returning and will be sure to invite our friends as well.

Fantastic food. Service was good but kind of fell off towards end of meal. Likely due to how busy the restaurant was. Noise level was pretty loud. Hard of hearing folk would struggle. All in all a nice oldschool attention to detail dining experience. Would higly recommend
