Jersey Mike's Subs - Thousand Oaks

I must say, they have some of the best sandwiches around, especially #56!

I have dined at this restaurant about six times and once had the best sandwich of my life! I would give the food quality 4 stars. However, a major drawback of this particular Jersey Mike's is their lack of phone etiquette. During a specific incident between 6:30PM and 7:15PM, I called them 26 times only to have the phone ring 15 times before going to voicemail. I would rate their service as zero stars. Instead of improving their phone system by hiring more staff or establishing a call center, the employees neglect to answer calls, giving off a vibe of indifference. This level of service is unacceptable to me, and I will not be returning to this (or possibly any other) Jersey Mike's sub shops.

This location is the best Jersey Mike?s I have ever been to!!!! Always fresh ingredients, friendly fast courteous customer service! And a very clean restaurant.

This Jersey Mike's location in Ventura County is definitely the best one around. The staff is incredibly friendly and hard-working, even during busy times. I typically come here for pickup orders and my food is almost always ready on time. The ingredients are fresh and the prices are reasonable. Don't bother with the Jersey Mike's on Janss Rd - come here instead and you'll always be greeted warmly and appreciated. Thank you for being the top Jersey Mike's in the area!

There was a new guy working there today. He was going a little slower than I'm normally used to. He took his time and made my sub exactly how I wanted it. Did a great job!
