Western Bagel - Thousand Oaks

The Egg a la Bagel is very good and customizable. The only complaint is I wish you could remove the cheese or request "light cheese" and today it was cut in half, but sometimes they forget. Its hard to eat when not sliced in half. Their strawberry cream cheese is very yummy, not too sweet). If youre in the mood for lox, theyve always been good. They have a variety of choices and its easy to customize your order. Also, I wish they would carry sugar free Snapple. I enjoy the Peach Snapple, but having the diet option would be great for my blood sugar. Otherwise, great place. Their coffee cake is also good and they have good cookies (but you have to go in for cookies, theyre not listed on DD). Highly recommend!!!! They also have a soda fountain inside store if you feel like a drink with ice. Ive never tried their coffee. One of my go-tos for breakfast or brunch when Im just spending some time at home.

The bagels were just ok. For a place that advertises "fresh bagels baked on premises" they were cold as of previously refrigerated. The cream cheese was great though...

You can choose the bagels you want for a Bakers Dozen (13) and theyre delicious! The cream cheese and varieties are great too.

Love Western Bagel. Very fresh and well made always! Especially the lox bagel and creamcheese sandwich!!
