Cold Stone Creamery - Thousand Oaks

Ice cream is melted and watery. I asked the cashier, she stated they're having issues with the machine and temperature controls. Sorry but you can't serve melting ice cream , that's unacceptable!!!

Drove all the way to cold Stone to get a milkshake. When asking for my milkshake they say they're not making milkshakes tonight? After asking why can't you make a milkshake? They just ignore us and walk away. Milkshake machine clearly worked because we were able to go online and order on DoorDash. Workers are just lazy and don't want to help their customers.

PLEASE UPDATE YOUR HOURS!!!!!Came into this location at 9:20 pm because it states online that the store closes at 10pm. When I placed my order for a shake the girls behind the counter said they weren't making shakes anymore for the night. When I asked why they said they close at 9:30 and it says online 10 pm so that's why they didn't want to make any more shakes for the night ... but there was 3 employees standing around.

Horrible experience. I asked for a large cup and the employee gave me a medium even though I asked for a large. When I told her that I asked for a large, she gave me attitude and raised her voice. The ice cream also melts super quick so I will never be back.

I arrived at 9:40, and they said they were closed even though it says they close at ten.
