McDonald's - Thornton

Cannot rely on quality of food nor staff. Sometimes ok, sometimes really bad. Access is not too great either. Often see near misses with cars not knowing where to go or what side to drive on. Plenty not looking where they're going.

Maccas is Maccas and this one is no better or worse than average. There is no access off the highway though as it is at an exit so you have to access it from Thornton Road. No real issue, just be aware which way you need to go to continue your journey to avoid an unnecessary u-turn or the lights

They always, and I mean ALWAYS get orders wrong... it's like the staff are always training.. it's obviously satisfactory as they are maccas but I always try to go to a different one (Hexham or greenhills) if I can..

Coffee either really good or undrinkable changes daily. Today ordered latte soy extra hot and a mccruffin. Got home to find just warm ordinary milk and a carrot cake thing! Really disappointing to be served by people who dont care

They have a tendency of missing things like burgers and straws in orders at the drive through, but all in all, about what can be expected at most McDonald's
