Only eat twice, both bad. first was a fish meal and the fish was not cooked. second was thought to be noodles that one would think would be damped, but they came out and taste like hearty samosas

The hospitality from the team working at this hotel is extraordinary. I have never been to a pub where every one had a smile and went out of their way to help even though they had two separate functions to cater for plus a restaurant...full of walk ins. The food was excellent and the lamb shoulder and crumbed chops were cooked, (not baaring) and served in a timely manner. The bar staff were a well oiled machine ensuring no one missed out on being served. We will be back. We also stayed upstairs and it was clean and comfortable for a pub,

Classic, where at the point, beer was cold, cant complain, could use a little clean, but its a pub.

Have eaten a few meals there. the porterhouse and then the bark wellington. porterhouse was really sinful and hard with its standard chips and salat. the bark wellington was terrible when I probably got 50g bark meat with the rest baked on a dry bed kartoffeln. the side of the tomats with speck, pine nuts and brothcrumbs was literally all brothcrümel haha

It's always busy because it's so good! the menu is extensive, always at the end with the same thing, but there is much to choose. large gluten-free offers on the menu as well. vibe is cool inside and never had a bad experience...here
