Tim Hortons - the Creek in Stoney Creek

This is my home-based Tim Hortons and I can say that I come here at least twice a month for the last 3 years and my experience with them has been consistently good. Fast service, very clean, organized. Staff is very busy to be smiling, yes… it’s true, but I am good with that as long as the service is fast and the quality of the food and coffee is good. I have tried several Hot Chocolates in other Tim Hortons and this is the BEST hot chocolate in town! Also, the store is sooo cozy, clean, big… (before COVID) It was common to see friends and families sitting and having a good time.

Employee name is sandeep i think she is supervisor at this tim ,she serves and greets very well .but the manager is so rude even she doesn't know how to treat with customers in polite and grateful way ,she is so rude i recommend to tim district manager that manager should be trained again properly...Thank

I came for coffee and begal but the girl who is working at cashier/ counter for collecting orders doesn’t have sense for greeting people. Her communication skills are totally zero. she didn’t even greet initially and didn’t even say thank you while giving food to me. this was so rude and wasn’t even impressive as these kind of people are working in such famous franchises. Am pretty sure she doesn’t even know how to call people via calling sir/ mam. Manager should know about behavior before hiring these kind of people. i don’t mind to mention her name because i clearly read her batch.. navpreet and the way she attended i wasn’t ready to take anything from her hand but my other colleagues was super hungry. so disappointing service.

Every time I go here either they forget something in my order or they give wrong order. Today I asked for cilantro line veggie bowl and they gave me chicken in it instead and I am highly allergic to chicken and I can’t eat chicken at all. This is really very frustrating. Previously they didn’t give me two items in my order and didn’t even let me check my food to see if everything is there. They are very careless and pushy.. I am very disappointed with this stores service. Some action really needs to be taken.

The plain croissant is the best in the world! People in my country who have visited Canada always recommend Tim.The only bad thing is the workers look tired and in a visible I don 't want to be here mood.
