Nothing Bundt Cakes - Burlington

One of my coworkers brought these to try and they were an instant hit. I was in Burlington yesterday and decided to stop by for a visit.

We weren't sure what to expect when we arrived to order a birthday cake.

Amazing! We tried the Pumpkin Spice and it was incredible. My wife discovered this restaurant from a YouTuber in Texas and we are so glad we decided to give it a try.

I love this place and the fact that they use real ingredients! Their lemon/raspberry is my absolute favorite! When I entertain it's nice to pick up a cake here and pop a flower into the center and it's worry free entertaining. The cakes keep well...More

These are not your grandma's bundt cakes! I've been on the Nothing Bundt Cakes mailing list for ages, but hadn't made it in store to try them until quite recently. Now I'm afraid I may not be able to "quit them". I purchased a 4 pk special of Bundlets (think giant cupcake size - perfect ror 2) on my first trip so we could try several different flavours. Lemon Raspberry, Red Velvet, Chocolate Chocolate Chip & Pecan Praline. Every single flavour was more delicious than the next. The cakes are moist & yummy. Lemon is perfectly tart. Red Velvet lusciously sweet...but not cloying. And the icing? Oh yum. In pictures, I was a little worried it might be like a Royal Icing...kind of stiff or almost crunchy...but nooooo, it's soft & smooth as silk. It's a Cream cheese Icing & it is to die for - but ahhh, what a way to go!
