Bidrage med feedbackIn this restaurant we found the best real Italian cuisine! our friends annalisa and alessandro brought us a night in December there and to be honest, we first asked ourselves...where do they take us? after 25 minutes drive from udine we reached the place. in a forested hill. amazing people and eating was delicious. the white specht wine of the house was a dense. the quality of the owners was in fact valuable. mother and daughter were great. it's a pitty we missed the vater. everything was absolutely perfect. thanks to annalisa and alessandro for the opportunity to taste real Italian cuisine and atmosphere.
We had a decent dinner. most of the foods are strictly local as in them make their own brot (that is really delicious, btw.) chatty and welcoming owners, he had enchanted us. at the end, however, the wine was not great, and some food looked like remnants. the price was fair, all considered and the grappa was amazing. we could give them a second chance.
The frasca offers high-quality organic food, unique atmosphere at favorable prices. it is so special that we try to go there and enjoy her eating as we back to our beloved friaul. located in a special corner of the colli orientali, the frasca. regional spits with a hauch of ferigos (owner) originality, including all kinds of homemade pasta, risotto, gnocchetti and several game specialities. do not miss the butter long cookies to accompany the famous ramandolo wein. in winter they can eat in the warmth of its nebel (traditional Furlan fireplace) and in summer they can appreciate the evening breeze on the terrace with a spectacular view of the valley. this place is great for families or friends gathering.
