Cypress Restaurant - Tallahassee

The food was absolutely delicious. The restaurant was clean and decorated very nicely. The complementary valet at the front of the restaurant was also very nice and helpful. The only complaint I have is that the service was very slow. It took almost 30 minutes for some of us to get our drinks. However, I understand it was a busy Saturday evening, and perhaps they were understaffed.

Delicious meal and excellent service. They were proactive about dietary restrictions, which was important because my husband overlooked the beure blanc in the menu description of his main course selection.

Drinks were perfect, food was very good and atmosphere was good. Would recommend to friends and family.

Our 81 year old Mom wanted to celebrate her birthday at your restaurant. We all enjoyed our tasty dinner and desserts. Mom was given extra attention by our server Hanna who we shared about the special day. Mom phoned all her siblings and shared how wonderful the food, atmosphere, and service was. We will be back for sure.

Had a business dinner at Cypress Restaurant a few nights ago. Asked for a quiet table against wall or window. Exactly what I got and it was clear they received and honored my request. Service was very good on this very busy night. Food was excellent. Grouper cheeks were delicious but a bit skimpy for the price. Seafood Paella was not your typical paella but was very good but again skimpy with the shrimp, scallop and clam (one of each) for the price. Wine list could use some lower priced but quality wines. Our server was delightful. I would go back!
