The Brass Tap - Tallahassee

I’ll preface this by saying I never review places but as a service industry manager I could not leave it be. I use to love this place. I would come in after work grab a gin and tonic and finish whatever I needed to do. Unfortunately this place has skyrocketed downward. I believe it’s under new management. Last night was my last night ever coming here. I watched as this man flashed a light in two workers eyes for no reason. Then I watched him rub his hands on his pants and not wash them before going in the kitchen and “preparing food” the kitchen was a disaster you can see all of it through the expo window. I’d advise to never get food here. The bartenders and servers are a delight. The staff has always been amazing but watching them get treated terribly is not what I pay for. This place is disappointing.

OMG!!! You have to visit this place, ask for Kelby and you will surely have the best drink of your life!! Good atmosphere and unbeatable customer service!!!

We love Savanah, but not in the weird way. She has amazing knowledge of beers and her suggestions were on point

I love this place! The drinks are awesome so is all of the food I’ve tried. Employees are attentive and kind. The outdoor seating area is so nice!

A great space, indoors and outdoors, and a good location. They'd see more action if they had better Happy Hour prices.
