Subway - Swansea

Worst experience today, the guy serving me had no personality was like talking to a brick wall, also what subway has no lettuce?? he wrapped up my subway and hadn't even put the meat on my sub. I said to him um did you put the meat on it and realised he hadn't and didn't even apologise lol pretty disappointed to say the least Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

You never know what to expect at Swansea subway. While I am reluctant to complain too much as I'm just one customer and they may have better moments during the day. The young person who served me although very polite and trying very hard, had no idea what he was doing and the older person appeared rude and not supporting the junior employee who was clearly floundering. The resulting foot long veggie delight was missing much of the salad. Maybe they had run out or something. There didn't appear to be much there for him to choose from. The roll was nice though but a salad roll needs salad on it, not just a sprinkle of lettuce and a couple of pieces of tomato. Luckily I did get avocado. It was more of an avocado roll. I suggest you don't set your expectations too high.

I was really upset that I saw lettuces are little brown (not good) lucky I didn’t want get lettuces. I brought lunch wrap and two chocolate chips but I came home today I noticed that one white chocolate chip (it was stupid mistake if she make that) and chocolate chip both is burn and taste is horrible I have to throw into bin. Jeez. It’s bit messy. That was today at 11:40am. I’m really angry. Make chocolate chip cookies better and NOT BURN Food: 1
