We had a pleasant experience at the restaurant. Both cheeseburger meals were served exactly as we ordered, and the manager was very friendly.

I arrived at the restaurant in the rain and found that the wheelchair button to enter wasn't working, so I had to struggle with the doors and ended up slipping. However, the food I ordered was excellent. The staff were very polite and helpful, and it was clear that they all had big smiles and were a nice crew.

Went to order breakfast at approximately 8:50am. The drive-thru attendant was very rude. They lack basic customer service skills here. Was a rude start to my day ?.

I recently visited Richie's restaurant around 1:15am on August 9th. Unfortunately, my experience was not pleasant. Richie was very rude to me for no apparent reason. I hardly said a few words to place my order and she was angry and disrespectful towards me. After considering the situation, I can only think of two possible explanations for her behavior. She either dislikes her job or she simply doesn't like dealing with people. Perhaps working the night shift is not ideal for her, which could be a contributing factor. If that is the case, it may be beneficial to switch her to morning shifts with a pay raise. However, if she truly dislikes interacting with customers, this could be a more difficult issue to resolve. I rarely leave reviews, but I felt it was necessary in this case. Please take this feedback seriously. Thank you.

One of the cleanest fast food places I've been to and the staff are super friendly. Great place up stop for a burger while you're running errands.
