Subway - Surrey

This is without a doubt the worst Subway restaurant in Surrey. I am a regular Subway customer, but visiting this particular location was a mistake I will not make again. The quality of the bread was extremely poor. I could only manage two small bites before I had to throw the entire sandwich away because it was so bad. I would definitely not recommend this place at all, 0/10 rating.

So rude and poor customer. when we enter in store they gave us really weird look. Not helpful staff. I will never recommend this location.

Barely understand what they were making and didn't listen to the customer speak. Not enough seating ....

We visited the restaurant shortly before closing time, which we didn't realize until we arrived (our usual spot is open 24 hours). Unfortunately, the staff seemed disorganized and handled my food without proper hygiene practices. One employee even used her gloved hand to scoop tuna, which was quite concerning. While she did change her gloves afterwards, it was still a disgusting experience. Regardless of how close it was to closing time, food safety standards should always be maintained. It only takes a few minutes to wash a scoop, so there is no excuse for negligence. We left before closing time as well, so we were not causing any inconvenience. I may not return to this restaurant in the future and will stick to my usual spot, despite its distance.
