Michael's Artisan Bakery - Surrey

Just finished the last piece of my Birthday Cake and it is probably the best Chocolate Hazelnut Cake I've ever had. Very rich and moist! Unlike those cakes sold in supermarkets, it is not too sweet. Will definitely try again next time. Their cookies and sandwiches are also good. Love love this bakery!

Very tasty simple food. Good specialty coffee. Excellent service. The interior is clean and neat. I will definitely go again for a casual meal with a friend.

I go here every now and then for lunch and their sandwiches are really good. The turkey sandwich is my favourite and the bread is so delicious. Then goulash soup is really good too. I just find the price for a sandwich a little steep $8 something before tax). They have big giant cookies that look amazing but I can't say they taste all that great... Kind of old tasting. I've also gotten the chocolate ganache cake for a bday and it is heavenly!! Rich and moist! And the tiramisu cake is to die for!!! I bet all the other cakes are amazing too!

Who cares that this place isn't gluten free? It is DELICIOUS. Best pecan pie in history. Get it. You will not regret it. Going back again next weekend to try more baked goods.

Glad I found it. Sandwiches are made with their own artisan breads, and they are big and tasty. $5.00 a bit much when you add soup or salad though. In December, their fruit cake was the absolute best I've ever had!
