Bidrage med feedbackWorst customer service.It was past 5 mins after they closed we already paid our bill. We asked the server was if we can get an another cup of coffee as previous one got cold. Rather than saying that we are closed politely she was so rude and just said straight “No” with a rude tone. This is how you treat your customers? That why we pay so much for such a customer service. Such a shame on your customer service. I wish I could give negative star for this customer service. I was late for somewhere otherwise I would taught that stupid waitress that how to talk to a customer.
Food was tasty and beautifully presented and prepared. Service was a bit slow, but our server was nice. I do like how you can order 1, 2 or 3 poached egg Benny and that is a grand idea.
First time and amazing breakfast experience with our server kat. Food speed , quality and quantity was good. I didn’t like their latte coffee much , I wish they had more options but otherwise clean restaurant with ? good vibes. I came to this business expecting a nice experience with good service. As soon as me and my friend were sat we were not given water. No server had come to us for around 15-20 minutes. Another table was sat right after us and they were given a server right after they arrived with water and utensils. By the time we finally started placing our order, the table that had arrived much later after us were already receiving their food. We had to ask for our own waters with our order otherwise we wouldn’t have received even that. The waitress barely acknowledged us and only came to our table a total of three times to take our order, serve it, and take our plates. No refills on our waters and barely had someone else refill my coffee once. I’m not sure if it was because we are Americans, or if it was because of our race, but the whole atmosphere felt unwelcoming. None of the servers made eye contact with us nor would they ask us if everything was going well just as they did with all the other tables, or even acknowledge us. By the end of our meal they had us sit on the booth with no sign of us getting our bills. That’s in comparison to the other tables that were brought their bill right away to pay at their table. We had to go to the entrance to ask for our bills otherwise we would have to sit there for who knows how long. The food was good but it wasn’t worth for the experience we received. I do not recommend this place for anyone that wants both a nice meal and a pleasant, or at least decent service.
My friend and I are not from Canada, we are from the States. We are visiting Canada wanting to try new places and experience new food. We heard of this place and wanted to try it.We got into the restaurant and were greeted and sat but my server immediately left us without asking us for drinks or any menus. 5-10 minutes later, we got our menu. another 10 minutes later, I had to ask our waitress for water as we wait to be served. Once we hit the 20 min mark, she finally took our order. But, there was no eye contact, hardly any words being spoken, and she left without any acknowledgment.We were waiting for our food for about 20 mins but have noticed that two tables sitting next to us have ordered, eaten, and are about to pay as we are still waiting for our food. We also noticed the waitresses were talking, checking-up on, and laughing with other tables. Really rude in my opinion. We honestly felt like we were targeted in a way. Like they knew we were tourists.We finally got our food and as amazing as it tasted, our server didn’t want to help us at all. We haven’t seen her since we got our food. No asking if we wanted more water, napkins, or coffee. She wasn’t even making eye contact with us when she did stop by our table.Being in that situation was really heartbreaking. We came in good spirits and left feeling unwelcomed.We had to finally get up and pay at the counter and still no eye contact, no words, she just ripped our receipts up in front of us and we went about our day. I didn’t tip her because she didn’t do anything that’s worth me tipping.As a tourist, I didn’t appreciate the piercing unwelcomed feeling. I’m really hoping this place works on their staff and how they take care of their customers because that was truly rude and upsetting. As far as I know, I won’t be returning to this restaurant.Dietary restrictions: I like their food options and substitutes
