Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Summerville

I just went through the worst experience with this place. The smoothie was a cup of ice with some ingredients thrown in to where a straw was pointles and the flat bread sandwich wasn't what I ordered or even close to it. Who is managing these kids . What makes it even worst was that I tipped them good. What a joke. Don't waste your time.

It’s been a couple years since I last visited this location. I will say the reviews on Yelp were about to deter me but one in particular stated it was under new ownership. So I took that mean since I’d last lived in the area the place had gone down on service and satisfaction. I was here when it first opened and service and satisfaction were about a 3.5-4 star mostly because they were super slow with orders and would get them wrong at times. This time while the customer service could be a bit more welcoming and idk happy and grateful to be employed in these times I am completely satisfied with the fresh food and smoothie. Both were fresh both were neatly packaged and filled. The young lady at the drive was nice but I know she could do much better. When being the first point of contact for customers it’s important to be pleasing because that voice and attitude kinda determines the energy of the food. I will say it was a good 4 star visit for me for today. Go new owners! Continue training employees on greetings pleasant demeanor and removal of gloves directly after food handling before touching registers and window. That’s all! Y’all give them another chance now.

I asked for my smoothie without peanut butter and they put peanut butter in it anyway. If I had an allergy to nuts, I would be dead. When I called back to report the problem she laughed and when I ask for a manager the same person got back on the phone clearing her throat pretending to be someone else. ?This is ridiculous. Guess it's time to switch to a new location. I have a problem with this.

Ordering drive-thru feels like puzzle. they give you half of the word smo... you finish the word. This is one of the weirdest drive thru. wasting Time

We stopped into TSC in Nexton for lunch. We don’t live in the area so it was our first time ordering lunch there. The staff was friendly and professional. The cafe was neat and orderly, so was the bathroom.We ordered the Pnut Paradise and a mango cosmo smoothie. Both super delicious! Then we ordered the hummus wrap and Buffalo chicken wrap. So tasty, and lightweight. The wraps were fresh tasting and so were the vegetables and chicken. Thanks y’all
