Stettler Tim Hortons

The service at this restaurant is consistently good, but I have never experienced a Tim Hortons that consistently gets orders correct. I can only recall receiving maybe 2 correct orders, and their coffee is never consistent. However, the employees are great. In terms of kid-friendliness, it would be nice to have high chairs available for babies.

This restaurant offers a good selection of tea and refreshing cold drinks. The location is very busy, but there is parking available just outside the Tim Horton's area.

Food was terrible here in stettler.. one of the driest club sandwiches ever. When I went to ask for some mayo, all I got was attitude and argument about being charged 25 cents for mayo. When clearly they didn 't put on in the first place. The photo menu shows that it 's oozing with mayo .. They took my sandwich back and made me another.. and still wanted to argue...what a waste of good food. All over a little squirt or package of mayo.. Every other take out restaurant will give you mayo or ketchup for free. The rep called me only to argue and dispute my claim.. said they needed to watch the video....? Why.. They wasted time, and money, staff and food over 25cents.... No customer care at all and no compensation...not even a free coffee and doughnut to evite us back. .. Also the place was quiet dirty.. seems that covid is over they don 't have to clean washrooms or table tops anymore.. oh and they have flies in the doughnut cabinet..So not going back...UPDATE Nov 21st....So after the rep called and said they needed to review the tapes or whatever, she said she would call me back.. so far nothing.. Again poor customer service.

Keep messing up my order with egg on simply sausage, not only that dont check what theyre grabbing putting bacon instead of sausage so overcharging

It’s a drive in not a drive through! You go to the drive through and they make you park at the front and wait. Even if you just get a latte. Line ups for the drive through make it difficult to back out of the parking lot. Not a good system. Needs to change! Not impressed.
