Frank sucked and the management team needs to reevaluate his performance he even got the wrong pizza but Paul was the best and is always able to make us laugh

Ordered takeout and waited an hour and a half for a sandwich and some penne noodle pasta. Cactus cut fries were cold and barely covered the bottom of the box they came in. Beef dip was nasty with hardly any beef and seemed like it was made the day before. Penne noodles were cold and my wife who was very hungry after waiting so long long took two bites. said gross and put it away. Used a gift certificate we got for xmas. 50 bucks for this so called food. Never again. BP 's is GARBAGE.

Had dinner here on 2 different night during a recent business trip to Stettler. Had the same server both night and she remembered us the second night. Still checked proof of vaccination both night which was nice to see. The lounge wasn't very busy either night, food was good and was exactly what I've come to expect from Boston Pizza. With close proximity to the hotel we were staying at it was a convenient option for dinner.
