We chose Hotel Palfrig as the venue for our wedding reception and we couldn't have chosen better. When we were looking for a place for the wedding, we liked it at first sight and we didn't go anywhere else. First, we were there several times as guests in the restaurant and we always met friendly staff, a pleasant environment and excellent food. When planning the wedding, we communicated with the manager, who tried to meet all our requirements. On the day of our wedding, everything was prepared exactly according to our agreement, the food was excellent, the staff was very nice and helpful, they tried to meet all the guests' requests. Many wedding guests needed accommodation and thanks to the manager, a way was found to accommodate them all within our hotel and no one had to be accommodated in nearby hotels. Wedding guests praised the pleasant indoor and outdoor spaces, nice and clean rooms. The fact that our guests were satisfied has the highest value for us, and we thank the entire staff of the restaurant and hotel for that. We chose the Palfrig Hotel for our wedding day and we did well. Beautiful surroundings, also within easy driving distance to Ostrava, amazing food (the wedding menu buffet was highly praised by all the guests) and perfect service (thanks to Miss Adélka and Péťa for taking such good care of us). On our wedding day, we had absolutely nothing to worry about and everything was in perfect order according to the wedding program.
