Mercure Ostrava Center

This restaurant deserves 10 stars. The service is excellent, the breakfast is great, and the rooms are very nice and clean with a pleasant smell. There is no mold or any other issues, I just love it. I always stay here whenever I'm in Ostrava, although it's not as often as I'd like.

I stayed at the hotel for 21 nights, and found the location and staff to be excellent. However, I was disappointed to find that the internet did not work in my room, which I believe is a necessity for all travelers. Additionally, the bed was very uncomfortable and only had two small, flat pillows. Overall, the hotel seems outdated and in need of renovation.

I recently attended a conference at the hotel and was impressed by the excellent organization. The staff were friendly and attentive, the facilities were top-notch, and the food was exceptional.

Mercure Ostrava Center Hotel. Excellent Hotel, the place is clean and well organized. The location is right in the middle of the city There is a very good atmosphere. Breakfast is served as a buffet and with very good quality. Most importantly, the hotel owns a parking area (with payment) which is a big benefit. Choosing this hotel was a very good decision. I accumulated for 9 days and I warmly recommend this hotel.

I had a great stay at the hotel. The room was clean, modern, and well equipped. The only thing thing I would have appreciated is a small tub of toothpaste, which I wasn't able to find. Luckily, the hotel is very well situated and there are multiple shops nearby where you can get it. All members of the hotel staff were young, professional and very helpful. Special shoutout to the staff working the bar in the evenings. Speaking of which, you should definitely check out the bar restaurant of this hotel. The food was absolutely excellent. You don't often get such a good combination of price, taste and presentation in Czechia. Breakfast was great too, offering a wide selection of food. Everyone will find something they'll enjoy. The hotel impressed me, and I will definitely stay here again if I visit Ostrava in the future.
