Bidrage med feedbackI did not receive a warm welcome upon entering the restaurant. The staff just stared at me as if we were already acquainted, even though it was my first time dining at Qdoba. Unfortunately, my experience was not great. I felt as though I was bothering the employees, especially since it was busy before graduation. I had to repeatedly ask for guacamole, three cheese queso, and the Queen Diablo dish. I had to ask for clarification on the types of cheese multiple times, as it seemed like the employee was unsure. When I inquired about the location of the restroom for feedback purposes, they seemed to lose interest. I am thankful that my food was prepared before any further issues arose, and I hope it tastes good. Based on this experience, I do not plan to return to this location.
The evening staff here are some of the ghettost peole I have ever experienced. a worker had her child with her while she was in service. the child was younger than 5 years old, but cursed like a 30-year-old soulman, and the mother found it amusing! She works here again! If I knew her name, I would add it. I hope that she teaches so much in her child as she is the whole negativeity and profanity. the woman has a light complexing and at the time of my encounter had black braid. She has a constant attitude. once I came 20 minutes before the closing and she refused to take my order that they were closed when they were clearly not. the personal I can say is badly trained as the new girl stared at me instead of welcoming me or asking what she could start for me. throw them all night
In the last 3 times I have "here I have gone for three different reasons rejected service. I'm just working person and not accept orders, we only accept online orders (our customers before me order in person) and we ran out almost every ingredient (3 hours before the closure . not sure what's wrong with this place, but it's a waste of time that even tries to get eat here. save their time and go elsewhere.
They have the trade this place is lousy. somehow my burrito mixed up with the burrito the dame before me. her burrito is not good. also my chips were super stable. I was wasted my money today on müll because this food went straight into the müll after 1 bit. I went to 2 different locations for decent qdoba today and both standings was müll. update: I called up to see what can be done about me, don't get MY food I paid them last night, and I was told that there is nothing they could do. I was robbed. I should waste my gas and return this lady 's fies burrito to the load so that they make me the burrito I paid for for, for which they claim to cost her. if their employees make a mistake, it should cost them and not mine. yall has me for my time, gas and my $15, but I will never be back and I hope I am the last person to buy trash from yall.
Placed order, picked up. It was so wrong, it's hard to imagine how they could have made so many mistakes. The correct order was on the print out but that's not what we got. When I called to tell them that there were three items we didn't get and wanted to get a refund, the woman hung up on me.
