Mcdonald's - St. Louis

Literally the worst mcdonald’s experience I have ever had. 45 minutes waiting. As soon as I finally got up to the faster, sat there for 15 minutes, while the line went to the left and processed its entries. while waiting on the right track that someone comes on the microphone, a hired one comes up with a notebook paper, it is on the prompt say no well sodas, shakes or smoothies, only water in bottles. not one, we're sorry, we're understated if they can just hang tight. he was too stony to talk when I said hello, how are you? After I had waited and worked a third car on the left track, I had enough. I drove to the window asked why the other line moved and mine was 't and if they can take my order here, no was said the other people in the left track left because they 't get served either to which I answered so that they 't serve eating at all? the co-worker strikes and says yes, we are and if we want that to eat back into the line. when I looked at the restaurant, there were literally 2 people, it was Saturday 20 clock. 2 people to cover the entire restaurant. I have read other google and yelp reviews. yelp offers worse reviews than what I say. avoid the mcdonald’s. that's not worth it.

A bad day at this place. line secured and not moving for at least 10 minutes. I myself and five more cars left the line. I guess this place is still hit and measured. you never know what kind of service they will get

This McDonalds is not understaffed, it is not really even Open. Not really even the only people working for them are a stoner and some guy who I suppose was a manager. I didn't speak to this manager until after waiting in line for 30+ minutes. After watching several cars drive through the drive-through to the windows I finally pulled around the window angry. I expected him to take my order at the window I had had enough. Instead he told me that the people who I had seen pull away had pulled away because they weren't getting served. To which I replied that means you're not serving anybody. If the only people who are moving in line or not getting served and I'm here at the window and you're refusing to talk to me about this that means you're basically closed. This made him angry and he called me I guess I have to say the B word. A manager called me that. In the meantime I'm looking behind him and I see no employees at 8 PM on a Saturday night. The kitchen is dark. The place is literally closed with 20 people in line waiting to be served and them pretending like they're going to get food at some point. So beyond the 30 minute wait and being cursed at by an idiot manager, (honestly I don't really care about that part he's not someone that could ever offend me), the store doesn't even have workers. The rest of it you can read the reviews here. All of them are completely true. What I experienced in that 30 minutes is summed up in about 100 other reviews here. The only time that we saw an employee was when the Stoner came out and hung a sign on the billboard saying that the soda machine wasn't working. You can't make this up. So they had no soda machine no shake machine and no employees to serve you anyway. What they did have was a manager to yell at you when you caught them up in their bull. This place needs to go out of business. In fact all McDonald's need to go out of business. America is going to be so much healthier when McDonald's goes out of business for so many reasons. We shouldn't be eating this garbage anyway. It's time to wake up and take a really good look at what this company is. They're paying their employees three times as much as they ever have and they still can't keep them. They're charging more than they ever have for food and they can't even serve you the food. It's a Dying company. If you're reading this review you're either here for the laughs or you're seriously considering eating here or you've just been screwed over yourself. If you're on your way to this McDonald's or sitting at home thinking about using Uber eats to order from them put the phone down. You're never going to get your food and it will probably be cold if you do. Also, see the review below this with the moldy bread. If that doesn't do it for you nothing well. Good luck!

It says online that this McDonald's is open 24 hours and for the third time it's been closed. I went through the drive thru at 1am on a Tuesday morning and no one there. Why post that you are open 24 hours so I drive all the way there to find out that you are closed? Need to fix your hours of operation so people like me that get off work late and just want to grab something quick to go home eat and go to sleep does not have to drive all over south st louis city at 1am to get something to eat! I'm very disappointed at the service at this location and don't think I'll ever return again.

Burnt meat asked 4 2 quarter pounders 1 on onion. 1 cheese only. One big Mac no onionsWith cheese all with burnt meat. It was a mess. That place Sucks
