Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Eating was good as usual. but our server, james, wasn't great. we sat on a table with sirup and he gave up mine for cleaning. we got rid of, that was not clean. he served our coffee and water by packing the cups and glasses on the edges with his bare hands. I asked for FRESH coffee. I didn't understand. I didn't complain about it, but I'll talk to the manager next time.

Good place to eat. clean friendly people and food cooked according to cracker cask requirements. racine was our waitress. never before eat at this place. we went through when we went east and circle around to get there. I'm glad we did it. to be blunt, just because it is in a large metropolis region, this does not mean that it is not as good as any other situation. in that we are pleasantly surprised to find it one of the better places where we ate until the cracker barrel. this time of the year they ignited the fire and they stopped it illuminated. a bus had just gone. but nevertheless the place is quite conceivable, the service is fast and excellent. a bus destroys the place and people fall behind and so on. the restaurant does not play a role. but this restaurant is probably with workers and with people who obviously knew the jobs. we ate several cracker fass varieties over the years. this is also at the top with some of the other stands with it. It also compares with other restaurant chains. I'm not the biggest fan of cracker barrel because I don't want to spend the money in the load. but I tend to order the same each time, so I have a good comparison of the same meal at different places. I have nothing against cracker barrel. but the group with me loves the place, and it fits me well.

We all know and love cracker barrel favorites, but the new supplement of fried pickles are wonderful. the price is inexpensive, but wished that more chips were able to share. excellent (can) homemade ranch to fill.

Wow, I never had such a terrible meal from this company. I have included pictures. I ordered the beef, 33 roasted slices with roasted okra, carrots with brown engraving, green and carrots. I received 2 slices of cold, dry roast beef. in the did was the whole meal cold. I could take my kartoffels off the teller in a lump. it was very, very, bland. their best bet is to completely bypass this place and stop somewhere else.

This location has been my go to for many years. Since it first opened honestly. Lately though, dining in is really questionable. The last two times we visited, it was SUPER slow service, an hour wait AFTER we were seated. Food was alright but not great. We waited WAY too long for cold fried fish and hard cornbread muffins. My daughter loves to eat there so that's why we went. I may just stick to shopping at the store but skipping the meal altogether. Since the pandemic, eating out anywhere is so hit or miss. It's a shame. I hope it improves.
