Burger King - St Charles

It is almost impossible today to get qualitatiw high-quality service from a fast food drive, but this burger king has always been at the point. the staff is always very polite, and the order is always correct. we do not fast-food very often, but if do this burger king, it is always great.

My favorite location. They always get my order right. Super friendly staff, especially the woman. She truly goes above and beyond. I’ll have to catch her name next time so she gets recognized. The food comes out very quick. Always an enjoyable experience here!!

Used to be my favorite fast food. Not so much anymore. I have given them plenty of chances but they continue to disappoint. I think this may have been the last straw.I used to love the 2 for $5 whoppers. I would get them twice a week. But now that is gone due to cost/pandemic/lack of labor/Biden or Putin inflation...whatever the reason. Now it's 2 for $5 whopper jr. Except they are cold, the buns are hard and the sandwich is drowning in mayo and ketchup to hide whatever else was wrong. This is the ongoing trend. Cold disgusting food that is over priced with staff that don't give AF..Well your highness, The Burger ?. This is good bye.

When using your points from your BK Crowns account and want to add something to the order that isn't offered on the app but still want to get the credit for the purchase of the other items You Must Show Them your app account on your phone to allow you to accrue the points value into your account. #2 when going through the drive-through and you again want to get credit for the purchase make sure that you insist on an actual itemized receipt with a transaction code number that you can submit later on to get credit for that purchase. I have since found out that some BK's do and many don't bother with an itemized receipt, just a summary receipt stappled to the bag when going through the drive-tgrough.Parking: Just a little tricky tryingto get into off of the circlular intersection.

Even though it was horribly short staffed, we got our food within 5-10 minutes. The area was neat and tidy and staff was wonderful even though they were strained. I would definitely go back and if you're in the area, have a stop by and hopefully your experience will be the same.
