Wendy's - Springfield

Does not even deserve 1 star! this place was so dirty and so we are there the workers! I threw the 20.00 bag of burgers and drove right in the müll! the lady room couldn't even use because it was so rough! this place shouldn't be open! totally disgusting! worst place ever!

Waited 20mins in the drive thru for my food. When I finally walked inside to get it, they had forgotten I was even out there...and didn't give me my bag of fries. So I had to go back in again. No thanks!

The chocolate frosty seemed so (watered down) it did not taste like chocolate. The drink machine was out of many choices. The women's bathroom floor was sticky, the toilet paper was laying on the floor, and it smelt like urine. The booth seat was sticky and had to be wiped down before we sat down.

There was a drive-through kid in there last name Burkett really excellent service friendly I was quite impressed with Wendy's service that day

Got to be the worst Wendy's. At least I hope so, because this one is just plain terrible.
