Mariah's Steakhouse Pasta - Springfield

This place is the best. The restaurant is beautiful, spacious and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and courteous. Our server was Ben and he was awesome! The food is wonderful. My ribeye was to die for. The rolls melt in your mouth! It is every great restaurant rolled into one. Make sure you try it if you never have!

Went to Mariah’s for first wedding anniversary and it exceeded our expectations. Cozy and romantic with a woodsy, elegant look. New York strip and chicken Alfredo were well worth the price, best we’ve ever had. Our server, Jared, was knowledgeable, kind, and did his job very well. Even the other workers were attentive to our needs. Would highly recommend.

Mitch was our server and was amazing. As rhe butcher he also had great knowledge of the cuts of steak that were the daily specials. I had the chicken and rib combo and the ribs were literally 'fall off the bone tender '. My wife had chicken Florentine which she also greatly enjoyed. The entire staff was awesome--filling drink glasses and taking away empty plates and Mitch may well be the best server in town.Dietary restrictions: They offer several GF optional pasta dishes which we spoke with Mitchell about because my wife didn 't want GF due to a different chew texture in her mind and Mitchell asked if she understood it to always be GF or just optionally GF due to how it is presented in the menu.

This is probably one of the best steakhouses in the Springfield area. The service was excellent, the restaurant was really clean, and the food is amazing. Highly recommend!!!!!

Great food, rather it's steaks or pasta dishes. Definately try the lobster bisque!! Good portion sizes. The restaurant is located on the west side of town, which is also nice--to get away from all of the touristy material and the govt. shop-talk.
