Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Springfield

I usually love to go to this place for my food/smoothies. I never had problems. to this day 4/26/2022. today I ordered a chicken quesadilla and a Bahama mama smoothie, my eating was great and my smoothie was good. until I found a piece of glass in my smoothie. I'm super glad I'm on her a little down and not swallowed. I will definitely contact tropical smoothie about it. be careful if they order a smoothie now!

I usually enjoy the smoothies at this restaurant. However, the menu does not provide descriptions of the ingredients in the smoothies unless they are displayed on the counter. As I have a disability and cannot stand to look at the counter, this presents a challenge for me. Additionally, the staff mistakenly marked my smoothie incorrectly, which could have resulted in a serious allergic reaction for me if my companion had not caught the mistake before I consumed it. Due to these issues, I cannot recommend this restaurant as it is not ADA-friendly and does not prioritize customer safety.

I was really looking forward to trying out this restaurant, but I was left disappointed. The smoothies I ordered lacked the fresh taste I was hoping for. The staff was friendly, but that's the only positive thing I can say. I would rate this place a 1 or 2 out of 5.

Everything was good beside the child's queensadilla, which I ordered was completely burned.

Recently moved and have been in this location twice. Never got waited on either time. Waited 15 mins today. To busy talking to each other. No service. This seems to be trend around town. Dining out just isnt worth it anymore.
