Tinga Tacos - Springfield

If you're looking for slimy, overpriced tacos, this is the place to go. They cost around $4 each and taste like cafeteria food – not exaggerating. The service was good, but the food was extremely disappointing, especially for the high prices. I paid $17 for three tacos and not one of them was edible. I highly recommend going to Don Tonos or any other food truck for a more authentic, delicious, and fairly priced experience. Don Tonos offers a superior menu.

The experience at this restaurant was fantastic! The food was fresh and delicious, with unique and amazing taco combinations. The ambience and atmosphere were charming and inviting. If you haven't been yet, you must check it out!

Two weeks later, we decided to give the restaurant another try. However, upon arrival, we were told that only one combo meal would be replaced, which was disappointing. Seeing the hair in the food had put us off eating, and we ultimately ended up not enjoying our meal. It was clear that the owner did not prioritize customer satisfaction, despite their initial promise to replace all three combo meals. We called the restaurant to express our disappointment with their handling of the situation, and informed them that we would no longer be returning as customers. It was a shame to see such a lack of concern for customer satisfaction and business integrity. We regret not accepting the refund offered to us that day, as it seems our loyalty to the restaurant was not valued. Beware of Tinga Tacos - their customer service can be quite rude.

Eating is good, especially when they are in a hurry. the causal is really good. they can replace the protein in each taco with tofu.
